While we are hoping to update the backyard soon, in the meantime, we’re just glad we were able to remove the sides of our grill so that it fit into the open space in the outdoor kitchen.

We are first time homeowners who are thrilled beyond belief to be experiencing all the joys (and pains) of homeownership. This blog is the "history" and the "story" of our first house: Our Housetory. While we don't anticipate winning any awards for our handiness and creativity, we're hoping that someday one of our tips might help somebody out. We'll share our successes and failures, and some of the little "life" moments that we experience along the way.
